Vice President for Global Pro Bono & Engagement
As a Vice President at Pyxera Global, Amanda is responsible for leadership of the Global Citizenship and Volunteerism (GCV) Practice Area and its three sub-divisions – International Corporate Volunteer Programs, MBAs Without Borders and the US Center for Citizen Diplomacy. In this role, Amanda has been influential in ensuring that ICV programs not only provide leadership and talent development opportunities for corporate employees, but that they provide sustainable impact to local beneficiaries. She has designed and implemented programs for IBM, FedEx, John Deere, Medtronic and several others in emerging markets around the world. Prior to joining Pyxera, Amanda lived in Russia, Scotland and Paraguay. She is on the Advisory Board of the Corporate Responsibility Association and the Leadership Faculty for the Points of Light Corporate Institute. Ms. MacArthur is a magna cum laude graduate of Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.
